Wonder if it is actually true?

But, say they didn't just make it up. Not too likely, but let's play pretend. Assuming they are really roads to nowhere, and are as useless as the one Palin built, it means that there is local corruption. Or, what the heck, even state level. Which is regrettable for the state of WV. However, unless I miss my guess, none of the people involved are on a presidential ticket.
