Marriot? It isn't about them. It is not their loss. And a mistake the bombers made was that all eating rooms were booked by Muslims feasting at the end of that..... thing they have when they don't eat but I can't spell it right. We have not lost. It is that it is ongoing. And has been. I watched a show today about Croatians who wrecked havoc in the late 70's into the 80's right here in America. They set a bomb off at the Statue of Liberty. White. Not Muslim. Mad at Yugoslavia so bombed us here and killed Croatians living here. Go figure. This is decades old. But we have not lost. But lives will be lost. A wise ex-general today pointed out on, of all places, Fox News that our incurtions across the border into Pakistan might have played a part in this. We are doing no favors to Pakistan. Marriot is a freaking hotel chain. who cares? they targeted a place where foreigners stay but it was full of locals. They did themselves no favor, either. and the twin towers going down had nothing to do with our economic might. they were office buildings. filled with people, yes. but only a symbol if you really think of economics. not one of the 5 major brokers is in trouble now because of 9/11.
