Quite correct with my judgement, Maverick. CSCO paid about 10 times sales for Stratacom so 8 times sales is not out of line for a beaten down company. 48-52 a share is reasonable at this time for Ascend shares in light of the uncertainty painted so brilliantly by "investors". Question is how LU can do it before October ? I guess they figured why twiddle their thumbs for a year in Remote access and decided to invest 650 million on Livingston. -hitesh
