Forty-six days of the presidential election, Barack Obama has tried to present an image likely to reassure.. It appeared in Florida with a team reminiscent of the Clinton era, which included Robert Rubin, one of the architects of the prosperity of the 1990s. "In its place, I can show more than Rubin, advised columnist David Brooks on PBS.. Mr. Obama has given its full support to the proposed rescue bank announced Thursday by the Bush administration, and on which Congress has begun to work. He called for a parallel "economic emergency plan for employees. The Democrats plan to press in the same direction, thereby enhancing the credibility of their candidate on the issue.
