Oh, I get it now: RTC2 will be a revolving conduit that buys overpriced toxic waste and resells it at bargain prices to the vultures that have been waiting for sellers to come to grips with reality, with the resultant losses absorbed by taxpayers. Lather, rinse, repeat... I wonder how many $700bn repetitions Hank'll be able to squeeze in by Jan 20, 2009.
