I hear there's a campaign against the Ratings Agencies.. ABK and MBI investors are HOWLING MAD over the threat by Moody's to downgrade them (AGAIN)..

Makes sense that the RA's should be shorted. They are under a federal investigation and if it's discovered that there was criminality, the RA's ability to provided future objective and reputable credit ratings would be seriously impaired.

At least that's my analytical model for them until they raise $85 billion in capital at vulture capital prices and pay off AIG's loan.. ;0)
