ggersh,
Overjoyed <ng>
Don't get me started. To be honest, I've just run out of things to say about this madness.
Well, maybe one more thing. I think we need to consider that this is not the normal wall street game. Everything in the past two months screams desperation to me, and although Hank-the-Snake is looking to protect the members of his unholy brethren, there is much more at stake. Thus we get clowngress scared witless (not a difficult task I might add), and a massive <do this or implode> threat from the dark prince.
The politics are going to be very interesting, as failure to turn this around, at least temporarily, will kill any chance for the Pubs to retain the big chair. Their whole game might just unravel. What will Halliburton do if they actually have to competitively bid something?
The trick is the dollar, and I wonder if our Asian brothers and future masters are up to the task of actually leading the financial markets. So far they look like a bunch of sheep and suckers to me. Will they be the last man standing when the music stops, and stuck with a boatload of treasurys and agencies worth less and less as the clownbuck swandives? I dunno, but the game of chicken is on.
Gold probably won't make a move until sometime tomorrow afternoon. They will try to sell it, just like tonight, but if the dollar keeps this up, and I think it will, then POG is going to start smoking.
