Right now the MAIN thing we produce in this country is currency.

We've produced so MUCH of it it has lost 30% or so of its value over the last 8 years and since the actual GOODS we produce in that devaluing currency have become much cheaper our exports are better bargains overseas.

Of course, this is now and will continue to be inflationary for U.S. citizens and will eventually lead to a much lower standard of living.
