It is not fair to make those who just happen to be rich to bear this burden--I mean Sanders assumes those with those income were the ones who came up with the CDO's.

You don't want to pay class warfare or politics with this--we're all in it together.

The extent that the any burden falls more heavily on any one class they should be given a tax credit down the road when the revenue from the assets is realized.
