McCain is promising to cut taxes for corporations to enable them to provide new job opportunities. I thought that the Bush Administration did so and the new jobs were created in cheaper labor markets overseas . Shouldn't this be a no brainer then?

Tough Calls for Next President
Obama or McCain To Continue Revamp Of Financial System

By BOB DAVIS

....excerpt

Sen. Obama would raise taxes on wealthier Americans and redistribute the money to poorer ones -- but those policies can diminish growth by reducing incentives on productive earners. Sen. McCain would cut corporate taxes to boost jobs, but that would do little to channel money to modest earners. He says reforming education is the key to reversing income stagnation. That's a big difference between the candidates, which the coming weeks could help illuminate.
