Here are some other pairs I have found since posting.

Royal Dutch Shell
stockcharts.com

Rush Enterprises

Haverty Furniture

Molson Coors
stockcharts.com

One can see in each of these there are instances where the ratio between the two becomes extreme and then comes back to normal not too long after that. I thin in each case there is a little money to be made.

However, I'm still scratching my head on CRD/A and CRD/b as they are way out of line and have remained so for a long time.
