Hey Jay, I couldn't resist the barb but I do think the best career move is MSFT related. I currently write UNIX device drivers for a living and am seriously looking for an opportunity to get some NT experience. If you ask me, there is plenty of writing on the wall that says that NT will eventually do to UNIX what it has done to the MAC. Fortunately, much of NT was taken from UNIX (OS/Device Driver) and improved upon (really!) so I don't anticipate much of a learning curve!
