We've known our agent for 30 years, he was our neighbor when we bought our first house. He's been there every step of the way. He was the one that got them to cut us that big check for the cranes within 24 hours of us having to pay them. I don't know how this house thing will turn out. What I do know is this old house is going to be inspected from top to bottom and every place in between. We have the original plans for the house. All 8 pages of them. Whatever has to be rebuilt can be done so according to plan.
