Cindy McCain doesn't hesitate to give back to the world the wealth that has been bestowed upon her through the hard work of ancestors and her own hard work. She gives not the tax payer dollars but the dollars earned through free enterprize. She gives and goes to Africa to tend the sick and the poor who are dieing of AIDS and disease.

What have the Obama's done? Zilch. Zero.
