Thank you Cacaito. I did not know the internet site which showed Zonagen's patent. It seems as though this confirms that Zonagen indeed does have a use patent for phentolamine in treating ED. Zonagen never claimed to have "discovered" a new drug. Discovery is not the relevant point. A patent for use is. This site confirms what Zonagen has been saying. I am no patent expert but it looks all right to me. BTW, Zonagen did use expert patent attorneys in attaining this patent. As I said previously, this seems to be a non-issue. Good luck.
