I am trying a seitan based BBQ rib recipe - well they look good and the sauce is great - now all I have to do is put them on the grill... maybe in a couple of days - meanwhile they marinate. We had a stir fry with BBQ tofu cubes in it - was pretty good and even my wife ate the whole thing.
