clearly those that make the rules are ready to change the rules whenever they see fit. How long before they shut down the power shares short ETFS? How long before they shut down GLD, SLV ETFs? How long before they shut down the FX ETFs? How long before they confiscate krugerands and maple leafs? How long before they break in to safe deposit boxes? How long before the only thing you can invest in is T-Bills and long Goldman Sacks?
