Speaking of F*ckings, here's an interesting read about the saga of NOVS where 21% of the public float apparently can trade in one transaction without triggering the mandatory regulatory filing:

Btw, I'm not necessarily saying the author is representing the situation 100% accurately as I know nothing of NOVS, but just looking at their key statistics gives a clue that something is wrong with the valuation that was being represented:
