They only need one regulation. When a bank fails all of its officers spend ten years in prison. No exceptions. One of the things I have noticed about all these regulations is how easy it is to get around them. Write something so complicated that no one including the sponser can understand. Fill it full of loop holes which congress does not understand. Hire a smart lawyer to read it and figure out how to get around it and not only are you making money big time you can keep new competition out of the game. Little joe
