Not to mention the 3/4 point rate cut at 3:03 PM on an expiration Thursday in Oct 98. This was after OEX options desk closed at 3:00 PM, after big houses loaded with OEX calls and sold OEX puts. The market went up over 300 points in 58 minutes.
