If I knew exactly how much gold/silver they were buying I could say otherwise, but I have to know current premium to be able to value it (CEF) fairly. The premium's not as high as what's listed on ETFconnect, but it's probably still in the 8-10 percent range. I think it is a more secure vehicle then GLD/SLV, but I wouldn't be willing to pay an exorbitant price for that security.
