ICE has current revenues of U.S. $2.5 million and is expected to increase its revenues by 70% in
fiscal 1998. In fiscal 1997, the company has gross profits of U.S. $400,000.

Global Games has previously developed software for bingo and lotto for wagering on the Internet outside the U.S. The company has a subsidiary with a gaming license in the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies with an additional site in Honduras. Global is also developing entertainment games for the Internet.

The networks that make up the information superhighway provide enormous expansion opportunities in the way commerce and businesses can buy and sell information, products, and services. This expansion will allow Global to help businesses grow and become more effective.
Global plans to establish electronic retail villages in all major North American markets by the end of 1998. These electronic retail villages will incorporate a hometown shopping district which will
encourage users to come inside, look around, and purchase or order merchandise.

Global will expand its business areas with recurring revenue streams to include products and services such as insurance, membership services and travel.
