I shifted some positions today, but I did not buy anything. I guess this is where I agree with TA ideas of either retesting the bottom or moving up decisively.

If bottom were retested, value guys like me would come in. It is tough to buy anything here when I see last week prices 5-20% lower and wonder if I can get stocks at those prices again. :)

Alternatively, if stocks continued moving up, perhaps some scared people would come back in.

Now we are just in no man's land. :)
