Hmm, Chicago is more dangerous than the country of Iraq. That is - murders in Chicago now are higher than combat deaths in Iraq. Think there's a problem with IL being too tough on murderers. Arguably, Obama's making it harder to convict murderers may be why there are so many of them in Chicago.
