So you believe that when you are bad God hands out disease and pestilence? Do you believe the almighty holds a watering can and sprinkles rain upon us too? If not, and if you actually believe you get sick because of a viral infection rather than being bad, and that whether or not you get rain has nothing to do with how good/bad you have been but rather with humidity and weather patterns, then you are already using the Buddhist perspective. Extrapolate this into metaphysics and you'll have your answer as to why there is no judgment there.
