Did you know that recently in Illinois they found out that about 50% of the people on death row were not guilty? That's why they put a temporary moratorium on executions and focused on doing justice correctly.

No, how did they determine the innocence of folks on death row. I don't dispute it happens sometimes and that the possibility of making such a mistake is an argument against the death penalty. I don't think its a good argument for excluding non-video-taped admissions of guilt or culpability.
