I would save my fire for the Coca Cola company and McDonald's.

Dunno about that. McDonald's Southwest Salad with grilled chicken is as healthy a meal as you can get outside your own kitchen. I prefer the cereal companies as villain-in-chief. At least McDonald's doesn't pretend that a Big Mac is healthy.
