1. If the bailout is approved in this week's legislation, wouldn't that put a "floor price" in effect somewhere near the 60-65% range? 2. Wouldn't that remove the "mark to market" pressure on balance sheets? 3. Wouldn't that, in turn, substantially ease the liquidity crisis? 4.
