Well....I can see your point. Here's the problem - I'm a traditionalist. I believe in family, I want to raise children with someone, I want to grow old with someone I love and I want to do it with some dignity. It would be SO EASY to go out and have cheap relationships at will but I want more than that. I don't want to meet a gal thats been with the entire county so I can't expect something from gal that I don't adhere to myself. I think I'm a serial monogamist and I'm just not willing to settle for less (in terms of values) than I did when I was younger. Maybe I'm California dreaming but those are my feelings and I'm sticking with it. Now, had the circumstances been different (my ex of 20 years died) I may feel differently. I may be more willing to live exclusively for my child in honor of her. The affair that transpired changes that equation and I guess I'm not willing to live a loveless life. I want that traditional love and family atmosphere (a sense of team and team effort) and I will not settle for a lower quality person inside - no how and no way
