LB,

Something I am doing is giving me an occasional spell of dizzyness. Not "fall down" type, but enough that it bothers me about twice a week. Almost everything I take has "dizzyness" as a possible side effect, so it's tough to figure out.

One source of discomfort could be this:

When losing weight, fat cells release their contents, that have been stored there for very long time. Some if it is toxins, another is Arachidonic Acid, which has been accumulated there over the years. Arachidonic Acid (AA) is very pro-inflamatory. A good way to counteract it would be take extra Fish Oil (over what the normal).

Joe

PS: Congrats on progress you have been making
