I have always been bullish on real estate but one has to be careful, and think long term in that regards. Debt is biggest problem that most people face. Debt means they are over reaching. Some times this works some times it doesn't. Today, there are wonderful opportunities in RE patience and planning should be paying off for the few who possessed these attributes.
