Let's see. Biden said FDR got on the TV when the market crashed. Hmm no TV then and FDR was not president for 3 more years. Not on TV till 39. So I think this pretty much sums up Biden's intellect. Almost nobody who made it past grade school would make this mistake. But other grade schoolers would not think this a big deal.
