Since when do our federal agencies get to collect the cost of enforcing the law from the victims' recovered stolen money? Maybe something to talk to our Congress about. And while we're talking to the Congress, maybe we can get them to eliminate the cap for tax write off per year,not to fair buisness loss, but rather fraud or theft.
