You have really studied this stuff. So have I. And We both are trying to do the best with are situation in regards to diet, pills, tests etc. But how long do you really want to live and under what circumstances? As an ex Navy pilot , I look at things a little differenty then you. But I have young kids despite out same age which means I have my duty.I have some female friends who I would love to introduce you to because you are one quality guy.
