Ultimately, I believe our environment will destroy us. A future environmental disaster could turn us into a country or a world that is as authoritarian as North Korea, a country where people must conform because they have so little. We read that thousands are malnourished and there is very little food to spread around because crop harvests have not been good.

If there is an environmental disaster in the US; if, for instance, our crops fail, if people starve, there will be violence and political unrest.

[And what will you say when you find that you're dead?
And you learn that it happened when you were just ten?
