We'll have to see. In order to qualify as a complete separation, Davis would have had to sell or otherwise dispose of his stake in the firm. If McCain wins, and Davis gets a spot in the administration, look for such an announcement. It will mean that Davis is not as separated from the firm as they'd like you to believe.
