Petraeus and McCain will not consider the cost. Considering the cost is NOT Gen Petraeus' area. McCain being a US Senator and a crusader against earmarks and someone that's worked to get spending under control..... Hell, even you can't believe that he wouldn't consider the cost... Surely even you can't be that much of a democrat toad.
