Brad, <<how do you figure that there is naked shorting going on here>> Management believes that's the case. I received my proxy today. No way can I vote for the meeting tomorrow. However, on the shorting issue there was something in the proxy package that will force shorts (if there are any) to cover. Assuming that the reverse split goes through (management has controlling interest, so it will), the company will call in old stock certificates for new. This forces everyone to return "borrowed" stock. Shorts must then cover or go to jail. I guess the issue on shorting is if we see the stock jump on covering when the call-in announcement is made.

I was told by management that announcements about Tri-Star would be made after the meeting tomorrow. Tri-Star is profitable and will double revs shortly through acquisition. The company will have less than 1MM shares after the split and with most held by management, the small float could be explosive for an earnings producing Tri-Star. I still don't understand what the spin-off of the coffee business to shareholders means for us.
