It's typical of what is needed for a "medical" dose of a supplement. I take 6000mg of D a day, and this would drive most Doctors up the wall. OTOH, most of them prescribe D-2, a tablet that is so poorly absorbed and ineffective that you are wasting your time with it.

I understand that, but you can still buy D3 up to dose of 50,000 available. However, if you search for K2 MK7, such as this:

most product available on the market are around 100 mcg. That's far cry from 1000-5000 you (or Dr. Davis recommended) in this post:
