Interesingly, the post you are responding to contradicts Komatsu's own product literature and Nikon's public comments about Cymer lasers, so... seems odd.

Thanks for the heads up on the Art Z. and Papken T. speeches you posted over the weekend. I found them very interesting. Damn, Art Z. for president! That guy is a leader.
