He's not for responsible people i guess, like you and i. From what i know odf you, you've made some fantastic moves in the markets and sold your home at the peak. Simply, if this passes, you will not be rewarded fully for your moves. You will pay for others that lived like kings on credit while you hunkered down. In reality, it's all about big brother and votes.
