I am posting this message today in the hope that his honor Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez on occasion reads this message board. As everyone knows the great financial trouble this country is in at this time, and the dire consequences that if not straitened out will cause, and will cause even greater loss of jobs, credit, and the loss of the life savings of many of us. One of the biggest causes of this problem that has not been seen on such a scale since the great depression was, and is the greed, and underhanded dealings of some people on Wall street the banking industry, and some in our Government who did nothing for a very long time while all this was taking place. Your Honor I ask you to please take another look at the bankrupt filing of the Ampex Corp and especially the work that James Feldman submitted to you don't let another group of Wall Street greed mongers steal away from us a once great company that we have in good faith invested almost everything we have into. Please don't add us to the junk pile with the rest of the trash please take another look before you pull the plug. Thank you duke of axc
