To all,

What are the analysts estimates for fiscal year 1997? Any help
would be appreciated.

Also, I noticed that the Neuberger & Berman Focus Fund had made HMT
one of its largest new acquisitions earlier this year by purchasing 1 million
shares. The Focus fund does exactly what its name says - they "focus" on
classicly undervalued companies such as HMT. The managers are not speculators.
The fund has an outstanding track record.
I guess what I am trying to say is that I feel very comfortable
being in any stock that the Focus fund is so high on (assuming that the managers
haven't sold their position - which I doubt they have). Point to note - the
fund was a big buyer of Compaq prior to CPQ's fall a few quarters ago. CPQ
has bounced back rather nicely wouldn't you say?

I personally believe that even if the stock doubled its price, it would
still be undervalued.
