I've had the TV on and have heard some amazing things. Like if we cap executive compensation, the banks won't go along with it. Or some guy on CNBS ranting about how all these smart money managers will relocate to Switzerland or Dubai. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out IMO.

Yes, they are all still paying their dividends. I'm suspicious enough at this point to believe that, whatever form a bailout takes, any concessions made will be quickly worked around by the banks. Like the movie industry does. They'll figure out something. That's why I'm against any government involvement other than presiding over the bankruptcy process. And if it hurts me, so be it.
