LOL.....yup, all is well. I'm having a blast in my job and have turned into a bit of a little league fanatic. Hell, I'm the commissioner of the fall baseball league (and coaching as well).

My economic mantra this year has really been "remember that every boom is followed by a bust". Tech bubble, RE bubble, China bubble.....and every time I hear "you don't understand, this is different". The only way to avoid the "bust" would have been to avoid the boom. Where were the people calling for the government to stop the increasing valuation of their home?

A bust would be cleansing. This is where survival of the fittest should come in to play. Remember, we are on the Galapagos Islands thread....I believe in that concept.

and I will say again, It ain't ever as bad as the doomsayers say and it ain't never as good as the mania freaks think.
