It might be bad news and then again it might not. We don't know why they're asking for more stock. In an earlier post I pointed out that management might be thinking about buying Nomai.

One thing I find interesting is Nomai makes Zip clone disks. Let's say Syquest buys Nomai and then decides to sell the Zip clone disks at cost. What do you suppose that would do to IOM's bottom line? It could get interesting. :-)
