"I just got my second phone call from TD Waterhouse. Talking to him he stated that it was not verified that they had 90%. Also there is a dissident group (not necessarily this one that is questioning the count). He did not think this was a good deal now. I asked if we are forced do we still get the warrant and he said yes. To all the people on the board who say it is over better re think the situation. The fat lady has not sang."
