There are TWO people involved in every one-on-one interview. A good communicator can turn the tables on a hostile interviewer and win over viewers. Palin clearly doesn't have the knowledge, material or experience to do that - which is why her supporters blame the media for "making her look bad". Don't forget - these interview opportunities were hand picked by the campaign for the express purpose of introducing Palin in her best light. If you think Gibson and Couric were in attack mode... wait until the first unscripted hour long press conference.
