Nice to see another owner. Sorry I got back to you so late. I have been moving and this is the first day I have access to the Internet. My phone was disconnected. It looks like T.Rowe is done selling. According to the 6/96 13F filing on Bloomberg T.Rowe unloaded about 50K shs of the 200K shs they own. I am sure that by now they are done dumping. That's why your not seeing any volume. The only volume we had before was them selling. That's why it probably went to 7 to 5. I talked to Cats investor relations today and she said the Carma product(an addition to the Catalyst product) is in Alpha testing and will be released during the 4th qtr. Cats has a Homepage at cats.com. The 10Q is now available for the 6/30/96 qtr under the company. Stock bid up an eight and ask up a qtr today with no volume. That is kind of weird.
