Keith, LCR share distribution
In LCR's May notice of AGM the following share info was noted:
director's shares ~1,400,000 12%
CDS&Co. 1,733,422 14%
CEDE & Co. 1,557,275 12%
Howe & Co. 7,362,486 59%
The above 3 companies are trust depositories which hold all unregistered shares,ie.shares held in "street name". Who actually owns these shares and how many is not known to LCR or the general public.
These shares are,I believe,all free trading and available to
brokers for "borrowing" for shorting purposes.Contrary to the previous
comment you should consider LCR to be widely held and very liquid
unless you personally know where large blocks are held. Hope
